Four years ago, life for every child in Ukraine changed overnight. One day they were at
home, in class and playing with friends; the next, many were sheltering from attacks
or fleeing in shock. For children already displaced by 12 years of war in the east,
childhood was upended yet again.
Children in Ukraine need safety, learning, mental health support and stable services
that protect their futures.
