The Philippines is grappling with back-to-back disasters, a 6.9 magnitude earthquake in Cebu followed by Typhoon Kalmaegi and then Super Typhoon Fungwong, leaving millions displaced, homes destroyed and humanitarian needs soaring.
In the face of these multiple humanitarian disasters, the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies - IFRC and the Philippine Red Cross have launched a revised Emergency Appeal, scaling up operations to assist 284,904 people across multiple provinces.
